As many as 1,947,600 square metres of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan

On November 11, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilites of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that since the beginning of the year the State Construction Inspectorate and State Labour Inspectorate of Tatarstan have carried out 1,609 inspections. They have issued 455 decisions for the sum of 13,619,000 roubles for violations of labour safety rules and regulations.

Faizullin noted that as of November 11, 2017 as many as 1,947,600 square metres of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan, which makes 100.9 per cent as compared to the same period last year. Pestrechinskiy, Atninskiy, Laishevskiy, Vysokogorskiy, Aktanyshskiy and Rybno-Slobodskiy regions have totally fulfilled the plan of house commissioning.

 The Tatarstan Presidential State Housing Fund reported to the statistical authorities regarding 132 houses for 6,196 apartments with a total area of 351,000 square metres.

The Minister went on to report that 12 houses for 32 veterans of the Great Patriotic War are under construction.

As part of the implementation of the rights of orphans and children left without parental care, the Ministry of Land and Property of the republic concluded contracts with the State Housing Fund for purchasing 305 residential accommodations in the republic's ownership.

Faizullin continued that it is planned to provide housing for 159 families under the programme for improving housing conditions for certain categories of citizens using funds allocated from the regional budget for 2017.

The minister said that 39 of 49 houses being built under the multi-apartment residential investment housing programme have a high state of readiness, while ten of them are in a medium stage of preparedness.

Faizullin said that construction and assembly works in 31 rural clubs have been fully completed.

Besides, major repairs at 26 facilities of the State Veterinary Service of the republic and 15 facilities of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the republic have been finished.

The minister added that work is underway in municipalities to sign contracts with the Tatenergosbyt Unified Payments Centre, which will monitor utility payments and its further targeted spending.
