Russian Ministry of Finance distributed 10 billion rubles between Tatarstan and 19 other regions

Russian Ministry of Finance distributed 10 billion rubles between Tatarstan and 19 other regions in order to balance the budget in 2011. Cabinet Order is placed on the Ministry of Finance website.
The government reports that the provision of subsidies was implemented by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Regional Development. Federal authorities selected 20 regions of the Russian Federation, with the best results in an increase in regional tax capacity, RIA "Novosti". The results were defined on the basis of a comprehensive assessment, calculated on the basis of the achieved level of performance and dynamics in the spheres of investment, taxation and industrial production.
