The Finance Ministry has published the draft budget

Russian Ministry of Finance published on its website a draft federal budget for 2013 and the period of 2014 and 2015 on September 18.
According to the document, the next year's budget deficit is expected to reach 521.4 billion rubles, or about 0.8 percent of projected GDP (66.515 trillion rubles). The volume of domestic government debt to Russia on January 1, 2014 should amount to 6.569 trillion rubles, and external debt - 66.2 billion dollars.
In 2014, as expected in the Finance Ministry, the budget deficit will amount to 143.6 billion rubles, in 2015 - 10.8 billion.
Earlier, the ministry had prepared three forecasts on key economic indicators for 2013-2015. The base case assumes that GDP growth in the next three years will be 3,7-4,5 percent and the conservative option is to increase the economy in 2013-2015 to 2,7-3,3 percent. The optimistic scenario assumes that the average annual increase in GDP in 2013-2018 will amount to 6.1 percent.
