Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation mentioned priorities in budget expenditures for 2020

Infrastructure, institutions of human capital development and support of particular sectors of the economy are priorities in budget for 2020. This was reported at the annual Fitch Ratings conference by Deputy Finance Minister Vladimir Kolychev.
"The main priorities are publicly known well in terms of expenses... This is the infrastructure, institutions of human capital development - education, healthcare, demography and support of particular sectors of the economy are”, - Kolychev noted.
According to him, the budget policy generally will remain stimulatory.
