First training center of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service opened in Kazan

The Federal state autonomous institution “training center” of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service has opened in Kazan. Chief of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service Igor Artemiev and President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening ceremony.
The Center aims to promote development of competition in our country, expand business opportunities, and train skilled staff for antimonopoly bodies.
“The work on establishing training center of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service, the first in our country, is nearly finished. It is a big holiday for us,” Igor Artemiev said. He thanked the Tatarstan President and Government for help and support in realization of this project.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that outcomes of arrangements reached two years ago are summarized today. He thanked everyone who participated in creation а this center, including the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service, Tatarstan representatives and builders.
The need for establishing such a center is conditioned by the urgency of working out unified principles of using rapidly developing legislation that is controlled by the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service. It must become the platform for uniform understanding of regulations of the antimonopoly and advertisement legislation, and control of the government order to increase efficiency of joint work of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service and its territorial branches aimed at prevention and disclosure of violations.
Besides training studies it is meant to organize conferences, seminars, international meetings aimed at approaching antimonopoly legislation of Russian and CIS countries at the center.
On November 5, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Frolov reported that to date, as many as 2 million 954 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan.
On November 27, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank Olga Golodets discussed the issues of the introduction of Sber digital products in the healthcare sector of Tatarstan.
On November 25, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of the Fund for the Protection of Citizens' Rights - Shared Construction Participants Konstantin Timofeev discussed the completion of the construction of problematic shared construction facilities in Tatarstan.
On October 28, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a regular board meeting of Tatneft Oil Company, to sum up the results of the company's budget execution for the 9 month of the current year and to approve budget amounts for October of 2020.
