A meeting of the Presidium of the Coordination Council under Russian Government to combat coronavirus

On April 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a videoconference of the Presidium of the Coordination Council under Russian Government to combat the spread of new coronavirus infection in Russia held by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The meeting participants discussed the readiness of the healthcare system to combat the spread of new coronavirus infection in Russian regions, including the provision of medical organizations with all necessary equipment.

Mishustin said that earlier, over 33 billion roubles were allocated to the regions for the re-profiling of the bed fund of medical organizations to help patients with coronavirus. The Prime Minister instructed to expedite the process of distribution of the allocated funds.

Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov and Minister of Finance of Russia Anton Siluanov made reports.

The meeting was also attended by Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gayzatullin.
