Finance Minister Anton Siluanov notes risks of decrease additional revenues to the budget in the first half of 2013 compared to the same period of the previous few years. He said this, speaking at a meeting of the expanded board of the Federal Tax Service. "We're usually in the spring session to earn extra income, distributing them, and then wait for the fall session, have additional revenues.
