Duma approved ammendments to 2013 budget

The State Duma supported amendments to the law on the federal budget in 2013 and the planning period of 2014 - 2015 in the first reading. Changes have been prepared taking into account the results of the federal budget and the budgets of state extra-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation in 2012 and the I quarter of 2013.

In this case, the document does not change the basic parameters underlying the formation of the budget for the current year, since, according to Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, does not provide an increase in the current year earnings of non-oil revenues. "We can not increase spending as it says the budget legislation," -  Minister said.
