The Board of Directors of JSC "Setevaya kompaniya" was held in the Cabinet

Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov chaired a meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "Setevaya kompaniya" today at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Annual report of JSC "Setevaya kompaniya" for 2012 was reviewed and pre-approved at the meeting. The Company's auditor for the 2013 financial year candidacy was also approved. A decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC "Setevaya kompaniya" on 27 June 2013, as well as decisions on procedural matters related to the calling and holding of the annual general meeting of shareholders were made.
