Finance Ministry proposes to redistribute part of the revenue from the personal income tax

The Ministry of Finance proposes to redistribute part of budget revenues from the collection of the tax on personal income (PIT) from the municipal to the regional level, told the Finance Minister Anton Siluanov. "We talk about that part of the personal income tax at the local level can be passed to the level of the subject of the Russian Federation", - said Anton Siluanov.

Currently, regional governments receive 60% of the total personal income taxes, and local budgets - 40%. According to A.Siluanov,this ratio might change by 70% and 30%.
