The budget of IX International festival of Muslim cinema makes 15 mln rubles

She said that Kazan festival is an incentive mechanism for Tatarstan film making industry. The number and quality of Tatartsan-made films shown at the festival increases every year, more and more honourable guests visit the event.
The festival is held under the auspices of Tatarstan President and Government. The forum was founded by Tatarstan Ministry of Culture, Kazan Mayor’s Office, Tatarstan Council of film makers and State Budgetary Cultural Institution “Tatarkino”. The festival motto is “Via the dialogue of cultures to the culture of a dialogue”.
