Students of the Institute of Management and Territorial Development KFU became familiar with the budget process

Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gaizatullin held a public lecture at the Institute of Management and Territorial Development of Kazan (Volga ) Federal University. At the lecture students of the Institute of financiers were able to get acquainted not only with the main parameters of the consolidated budget of the republic, but also with the intricacies of the budget process. Radik Gaizatullin touched issues of budgeting at all levels, issues of separation of powers and intergovernmental fiscal relations arising during the implementation of the revenue and expenditure sides of the budget during the lecture. Subject of debt and recently increased international credit ratings of the Republic of Tatarstan issues were covered as well.
