Today at the Institute of Economy and Finance of Kazan (Volga ) Federal University held a public lecture the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Gaizatullin Radhika . At the lecture students of the Institute familiarized with the basic parameters of the consolidated budget of the Republic, the intricacies of the budget process. During the lecture Radik Gaizatullin touched issues of budgeting at all levels, issues of separation of powers and intergovernmental fiscal relations arising during the implementation of the revenue and expenditure sides of the budget . Also been affected by the actual subject of debt and recently increased international credit ratings of the Republic of Tatarstan.
