Shatalov said idle gear floating rates of excise duties on petroleum products

Introduction of floating rates of excise duties on petroleum products - is broken mechanism , and it is unlikely he will have an impact on prices in the domestic market , told reporters , Deputy Finance Minister Sergei Shatalov .
Energy previously supported by FAS , according to which the oil price at 70 to 140 dollars per barrel excise tax will be floating , and at a price below 70 and above 140 - fixed. Ministry of Finance on November 26 sent a letter to the Ministry of Energy confirming its negative position on this matter.
" This means that we excise will depend on oil prices , respectively , it turns out that we will excise unstable and begin to fluctuate somehow " - Shatalov said , recalling that the revenues from these taxes are sent to the road funds .
