The Finance Ministry hopes to increase budget revenues through the implementation of measures to reducing offshore mechanism, told reporters today, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov. "It's fine if the company is registered in offshore low-tax - but it is necessary to pay taxes where registered economic activity," - said the Minister.
