The Finance Ministry proposes government radical version of " tax evasion" in the oil industry , which can lead to complete failure of the export duty as early as 2018 . According to the Ministry , on the background of the creation of the Eurasian Union , Russia should quickly reduce losses from maintaining export duty . Instead should be twice increased MET , and the effect of rising oil prices , Russia plans to weaken the reduction of excise duties and subsidies for certain types of oil . Finance Ministry proposes to boost the reduction of export duties on oil , light oil , and oil, reducing the corresponding rates more than doubled in 2016 .
On November 5, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Frolov reported that to date, as many as 2 million 954 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan.
