In the fight against domestic corruption Tatarstan President urged greater use of a system of "people's control" and social networks

More than 200 cases of corruption in the domestic sphere was nipped in the Republic of Tatarstan for two and a half years. This is the situation in the fields of health, education, social services - bribes for fictitious medical records, the organization of illegal receipt of social benefits (unemployment subsidies), illegal exemption from military service, the situation with admission to the university and extortion in kindergartens, masked by sponsorship or donations. All these and many other cases of corruption in the municipal areas were discussed at a meeting of the Presidential Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on the fight against corruption.
