Tatarstan State Council approved candidates of Tatarstan Deputy Prime Ministers

On September 25, at the 10th session of Tatarstan State Council of the 5th convocation, deputies voted for candidates of Deputy Prime-Ministers of Tatarstan government. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in the session. 

All the candidates have been introduced by Tatarstan President. Aleksey Pesoshin has become First Deputy Prime Minister. Other Deputy Prime Ministers are: Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov, Deputy Prime-Minister – Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Akhmetov, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaykhutdinov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Deputy Prime Minister Vasil Shaikhraziev, Deputy Prime Minister – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in Russia Ravil Akhmetshin, Deputy Prime Minister - Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers Shamil Gafarov. 

Also, according to the presidential decree on appointing ministry and department chiefs, the new Cabinet has only one new member, Farid Abgulganiev, who is now Tatarstan Ecology and Natural Resources Minister.

Minnikhanov thanked the deputies for their support of candidates nominated by them. According to him, Tatarstan has always been famous for the fact that the legislative and executive branches worked in the same direction.
