Ildar Khalikov takes part in signing of agreements during IV Moscow international forum “Open innovations”

Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in signing of a number of agreements during IV Moscow international forum “Open innovations” in Moscow. The agreements were signed with OAO “Russian Venture Company” and Fund for the Promotion of the Development of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere.

The agreement about implementation of acceleration programme for small and medium-sized enterprises is aimed at favouring efficient commercialization of companies and implementation of technological solutions.

The document was signed by Board chairman of OAO “Russian Venture Company” Igor Agamirzyan, Director General of Fund for the Promotion of the Development of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere Sergei Polyakov, Director of Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Ainur Aideldinov and Director General of “Pulsar ecosystem” Pavel Korolev.
