Rustam Minnikhanov meets President of Austria Heinz Fischer

On May 13, at their meeting at the residence of the Austrian President “Hofburg”, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of Austria Heinz Fischer discussed issues related to further cooperation.

Minnihanov thanked Fischer for the opportunity to discuss issues of cooperation and further development of relations. Minnikhanov briefed about events he took part within the framework of his visit to Vienna (May 12-13, 2016).

Minnikhanov expressed his gratitude for the interest paid to Tatarstan as of the economically developed Russian regions.

In his turn Fischer reminded about his visit to Kazan and warm welcome he was accorded.

Russian Ambassador to Austria Dmitry Lubinsky took part in the meeting.
