Board meeting of Tatspirtprom held at Tatarstan Government House

On June 3, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov chaired a board meeting of Tatspirtprom (manufacturer of alcoholic beverages in Tatarstan). 

The meeting discussed issues related to strategic development of the company. In particular, it was noted the company is working under  conditions of contraction of the vodka market in Russia. According to the data voiced at the meeting, the market volume decreased by 21 per cent in 2014 and by 7 per cent in 2015.

With this background, "Tatspirtprom" demonstrates a positive trend in sales: the company's share in the Russian market increased from 11.3 per cent in 2014 to 15.8 per cent in 2015.

The sales volume of the company products continues to grow. During the first four months of 2016 Tatspirtprom increased its sales by 35 per cent as compared with the same period last year. The work on the promotion of products outside Tatarstan is underway. Deliveries to Russian regions increased by 150 per cent in January-April, export sales by 228 per cent.

CEO of Tatspirtprom company Irek Minnahmetov reported that dividends for 2015 amounting to 321 million roubles have been paid today.

The meeting also discussed the plan of  futrther work of the Board of Directors and other issues of the company activities.
