Ministry of Finance plans to issue federal loan bonds for the individuals in mid-April

Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation plans the first issue of federal loan bonds for the individuals on mid-April. This was announced by Konstantin Vyshkovsky, head of the state debt department at the Finance Ministry.

"About the date we are focusing on the middle of April", - he has said.

Russian Deputy Finance Minister Sergey Storchak added that a certain enlightenment campaign will precede the placement in the electronic media.

The Ministry of Finance plans to issue a new instrument - federal loan bonds for the individuals. The debut placement of securities is planned in the amount of 20 billion rubles for a period of three years. The face value of one paper will be 1 thousand rubles.

In the future, the Ministry of Finance intends to place federal loan bonds for individuals twice a year in the amount of 20-30 billion rubles every year, but if the demand for these instruments is high, the Ministry of Finance will be ready to increase these parameters.
