Rustam Minnikhanov at All-Russia seminar-meeting of heads of financial authorities: Budgetary policy and inter-budgetary relations are very important for Tatarstan

On June 30, at All-Russia seminar-meeting of heads of financial authorities “Main approaches to formation of budgetary policy and inter-budgetary relations in the Russian federation for 2018-2020”, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that budgetary policy and inter-budgetary relations are very important for Tatarstan. “Tatarstan is a donor region in terms of the volume of the flow of income to consolidated budget, and ranked first in Volga Federal District and fifth in Russia,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.

Welcoming participants of the seminar, Rustam Minnikhanov thanked for holding the event in Tatarstan. He informed that more than 700 mln roubles of tax and non-tax revenues, customs payments, and payments to state non-budgetary funds have been collected in the republic for the last few years.

According to Minnikhanov, Tatarstan shows a good example of effective balanced development. He thanked Russian President Vladimir Putin, Russian Government, and Ministry of Finance for supporting regional projects.

Tatarstan President told bout the most successful investment projects implemented in the republic and expressed his hope that the current seminar would become a place for constructive exchange of opinions and help to make effective solutions.
