The Russia’s Finance Ministry will submit tax reform final proposals in the spring of 2018

The Russia’s Finance Ministry will prepare the basic legislative initiatives on changing of tax system of the Russian Federation in the spring of next year. This was announced by Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov in interview to the Reuters.
"We have the President's instruction to work out the proposals for tax novations and implement them from 2019, so the main legislative initiatives will be prepared next spring in the course of work on the budget for 2019-2021", - Siluanov said.
The authorities should conceptually determine in which direction to move until the end of this year, he added.
