Russian President Vladimir Putin’s greeting to participants and guests of the XXVI international Congress of the financial «Finance for development» emphasized the necessity of introduction of advanced technologies to improve the competitiveness of the Russian financial sector and ensure the accessibility of its services to citizens and businesses.

«It is important to ensure the stability of the banking sector, to achieve a gradual reduction of inflation and reliably protect the rights of consumers. This opens up new opportunities for investment and entrepreneurial activity. And of course, you need to implement best global standards technology to increase the competitiveness of the Russian financial sector and the availability of its services to the public and business», — the greeting says published on the Kremlin website.

The President stressed that the effectiveness of fiscal and monetary policy consistency and the growth of the national economy and the prosperity of millions of citizens.

Putin noted that the financial Congress brings together leaders from the business community, leading experts, representatives of the government and is a major event in the business life of the country. The President recalled that on the eve of the Congress was organized by the macroeconomic summer school for young Russian scientists and economists. He expressed confidence that this initiative will bring benefits, will help budding professionals to achieve professional success.
