As of July 20, 2017, as many as 1,252.8 thousand square meters of housing commissioned in Tatarstan

On July 21, making a report at a traditional regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of all municipal regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin said that since the beginning of 2017 the regional State construction inspection and State labour inspection have conducted 894 inspections  in the sphere of labour safety in construction industry.

Faizullin continued that as of July 20, 2017, as many as 1,252.8 thousand square meters of housing or 52.2 per cent of the annual plan, and 106 per cent by the relevant period of the last year have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

The State Housing Fund under Tatarstan President reported to the statistical agencies for 83 houses with 4,134 apartments with an area of 226.1 thousand square meters built under the social mortgage programme.

In 2017, under the rental housing programme, the construction of 17 houses with 387 apartments with an area of 22.6 thousand square meters is planned. To date, 14 houses with 258 apartments have already been commissioned.

Faizullin said that under the programme of construction of rural clubs, works have been completed at five facilities. Works are underway at 26 of 31 facilities.

The Minister also reported on the progress of capital repair of veterinary associations and agricultural offices, on the construction and repair of health facilities under the programme of primary health care and other regional programmess.
