According to preliminary estimates, basic indicators of the federal budget in January-October 2015 are amounted to:
- The amount of income received - 11 334 998.5 million RUR, or 90.4% of total revenues of the federal budget, approved by the Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 2015 and the planning period of 2016 and 2017";
- Execution of expenditures - 12 042 056.5 million RUR or 79.1% of total expenditures of the federal budget, approved by the Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 2015 and the planning period of 2016 and 2017".
A general meeting of members of All-Russia congress of municipalities 2015 with representatives of Councils of municipalities on issues of prospective areas of work of the congress and strengthening of local self-government is being held in Kazan.
Rustam Minnikhanov welcomed participants of the meeting and told about investment projects implemented in the republic, such as those of TAIF group in the town of Nizhnekamsk. He stated that notwithstanding difficult economic situation, the trade turnover between Tatarstan and Germany increased by 17 per cent last year.
Dietrich Möller, in his turn, noted that the company has worked in Russia for 160 years. “We signed strategic agreements with Tatarstan and are willing to continued working together,” he added.
During the meeting the agreement on cooperation was signed between Siemens and Tupolev Kazan national research technical university.
The Ministry of Finance expects monthly inflation in Russia in November and December, at 0.6% at the end of 2015 forecast price growth of 12.4%, told reporters Deputy Minister Maxim Oreshkin.
Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov held a "round table" on the functioning of the institution of the consolidated group of taxpayers (CTG) with the participation of representatives of federal and regional authorities and the business community. Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin informed that according to the information provided by the State labour inspectorate, 42 accidents happened at construction sites in January-October of 2015, and 1, 166 inspections have been conducted.
The budget provides 54 billion Russian rubles of subsidies to the regions in the event of loss of the "freezing" of export duties on oil and mineral extraction tax rate increase for gas. This was announced by Finance Minister Anton Siluanov in the State Duma.
The Finance Ministry expects the bottom of the falling rate of economic growth will be achieved in the fourth quarter of 2015. The growth will begin in the first quarter of next year, said Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.
"If we talk about the rate of economic growth in the fourth quarter, we expect to achieve the bottom of economic growth falling. In the beginning of next year we will see positive economic growth", - he said, speaking in the State Duma at a joint meeting of the committees.
The Ministry of Finance will take the Treasury control of all investment expenses of state companies in the next year, which will increase their transparency. This was said by Russia's Finance Minister Anton Siluanov in the State Duma.
