Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation signed an agreement on information cooperation in the implementation of programs to improve financial literacy. Document was signed by Deputy Finance Minister Sergei Storchak, Russia and the First Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Russia Sergei Shvetsov.

A unique Internet resource, Information portal for small and medium-size enterprises has been launched in Tatarstan. 

Minister of Economy of the republic Artem Zdunov and Director General of the Agency for state order, investment activity and interregional relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Yakov Geller presented the new information portal at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers. 

On August 3, during his working trip to Mendeleevsk region (Tatarstan), Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited two social facilities. 

It should be reminded that Tatarstan is carrying out the construction of new social facilities and the reconstruction of the existing ones under the regional programmes using the budget funds. Despite the challenging economic conditions in the country, the implementation of all 30 current regional programmes is underway on errand of Minnikhanov. In particular, only for the first half of 2015 18 health facilities have been built and renovated in Tatarstan. Nearly 2 billion roubles have been allocated from the regional budget for these purposes. 

Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Deputy Presidential Envoy in Volga Federal District Oleg Melnichenko, Chairman of the Committee on topical issues of the Congress of Eurasian regional branch of the World organization “United cities and local governments”, Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Chairman of Moscow State Duma Aleksei Shaposhnikov, Secretaries general of seven regional branches of the “United cities and local governments”, deputies of Russian State Duma, Consulates of Turkey and Iran took part in opening of the Congress of Eurasian regional branch of the World organization “United cities and local governments”.

Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a session of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding” at the Government House of the republic.

On July 28, in Kazan Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a regular meeting of Board of Directors of Tatneft oil company.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov attended the opening ceremony of the 16th FINA World Championship (Kazan, Tatneft Arena Sports Palace).
