According to Finance Minister Anton Siluanov Government of the Russian Federation intend to abolish compulsory co-financing of subsidies from the regions to maintain their budgets.
"It is estimated (in the implementation of government programs - Ed.) Integration with the abolition of compulsory subsidy level of co-financing by the regions. Such changes are being planned in the government," - Siluanov said on Friday at a meeting of the State Council of the budget expenditure.

He asked the Russian Government to take a stoking of capital construction projects and concentrate resources on projects with high degree of readiness. According to Vladimir Putin, the Government has a lot of work to do in the sphere of budget investment. He reminded that a large programme for capital construction had been drafted using budget funds.
