Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov took part today at the panel discussion of international winter Forum "Invest in Tatarstan". The forum is being held in the ski sports complex "Kazan" (Verkhneuslonsky municipal district) and is the final event of a large-scale "Invest in Tatarstan" PR-campaign, aimed at raising awareness of the republic in the world and the brand promotion of Tatarstan worldwide.
Annual meeting of financial, tax and treasury authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan will take place at Ak Bars events center at 10 a.m. tommorow, December 15 th, 2012. The main agenda is the results of Tatarstan's budget execution in 2013 and the implementation of budgetary policy in 2013.
The main speakers at the event are the President of the Republic of Tatarstan - Rustam Minnikhanov, the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Ildar Khalikov, The Minister of Finance of Russian Federation - Anton Siluanov and others.

Chairman of the Russian Accounts Chamber Sergei Stepashin has visited medical center of Universiade Village, Agroindustrial park, and football stadium under construction. He was accompanied by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
The first place he visited was a new terminal 1A of the international airport “Kazan”. Sergei Stepashin highly estimated the object and noted the European level of new airport.
Tatarstan’s Minister of health care Airat Farrakhov presented the medical center of Universiade Village. He informed that new medical center was opened on September 1. Total area of the four-storeyed building makes 5670 m². Sergei Stepashin highly estimated the level of medical equipment and spoke to doctors.

The Republic of Tatarstan being the region that exports up to 50 % of industrial produce is willing to study new conditions of work after Russia has joined WTO. The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov made such a statement in Geneva at a training seminar on issues of work under WTO conditions.
The seminar is held in the Centre William Rappard (Geneva).
Rustam Minnikhanov said that republic was interested in entering new product markets since it was important for further development of the region’s economy.

Today a meeting of the Commission on Anti-Corruption Policy in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Finance. The meeting headed by the first Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, the director of the Department of the Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman Marat Faizrakhmanov. Events of the International Day against Corruption were discussed at the meeting.

I am welcoming you in the Republic of Tatarstan! A historical event for all Tatar people is being held in Kazan today. The Tatar congress is a long-awaited holiday. The Congress of Tatars and the Republic of Tatarstan have travelled a long way for 20 years. The Congress of Tatars has united Tatar people, fulfilled great work on maintaining the native language, national culture and traditions. The World congress of Tatars is a successful project. It is our standby that always justifies our confidence.
We have recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan. The main law implies equal possibilities for national development of the Tatarstan peoples. At the same time, the Constitution assigns a mission to help Tatar people residing abroad.
Wherever Tatars live, they consider Tatarstan their historical motherland. It places great responsibility on the republican leadership and Tatarstan citizens in terms of development of our language, culture and customs.
Meetings with heads of financial bodies of municipal areas and city districts, concerning performance of local budgets due to 11 months 2012 and expected performance of local budgets in 2012 are held on December 6-7 in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Agreement on trade-economic, scientific-technical, and social-cultural cooperation has been signed between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Arkhangelsk region. The document was signed by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of the Arkhangelsk region Igor Orlov. The signing ceremony took place at the Kazan Kremlin.
To the point, delegation of the Arkhangelsk region led by Igor Orlov is on a working trip in the Tatarstan capital (December 5-7).
Before the ceremony Rustam Minnikhanov had met with members of the delegation. The Tatarstan President expressed confidence that the current visit would help Arkhangelsk colleagues to get acquainted with Tatarstan’s projects in different economic sectors.
To the point, delegation of the Arkhangelsk region led by Igor Orlov is on a working trip in the Tatarstan capital (December 5-7).

Total amount of financing of the republican long-term program “Miras-Heritage” for 2013-2016 that was approved by the RT Government Decree in November will make 1 bln 94 mln roubles. Next year 322,5 mln roubles will be allocated for the program realization. Such information has been presented today by the RT Minister of culture Airat Sibagatullin at a briefing at the RT Cabinet.
Aide to the RT President Olesya Baltusova and Deputy Minister of culture Svetlana Persova participated in the briefing.
The program is aimed at realization of measures on ensuring preservation of the cultural heritage (reconstruction of historical monuments).
A part of funds will be directed to regions in the form of targeted subsidies for co-financing measures aimed at preservation of the cultural property realized by municipalities.

Today, the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov held the Meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "Generation Company". The meeting was held at the House of RT Government. The Deputy General Director - Director for Economics and Finance of "Generation Company" Airat Sabirzyanov reported on the results of financial and economic activities for the first 9 months of 2012.
