Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan continued discussion of automation functions in the 2012-2013 accounting year for institutions of additional education. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministries of the Republic of Tatarstan, the specialists of "BARS Group" and "NPO Engineering Systems" as well as acting Head of RT Cabinet Office of Civil Registry.

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan organized a meeting of the Working Group on the draft Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On introduction of the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan of the patent system of taxation." The meeting was attended by Chairman of Republic of Tatarstan State Council on the budget, taxes and finances Marat A.Gadylshin, representatives of the Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, RT Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, territorial bodies of the Federal State Statistics Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, Investment Promotion Agency, municipalities and the Finance Department of the Kazan city administration.
Today the Ministry of Finance held a working meeting with experts on the Ministry of Economy Review of selected indicators of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013-2015. The meeting was attended by Minister of Finance and Radik Gaizatullin and Deputy Economy Minister Marat Sharifullin.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev instructed the relevant ministries and insurance companies to work out and submit proposal to the government in order to establish a system of compulsory insurance of citizens and organizations propertyfrom the negative impact in theresult of natural disasters.
Instruction is given on the basis of a conference call "The situation in the Russian Federation exposed to abnormally high temperatures in 2012."

Ministry of Finance published a revised version of the bill establishing Rosfinagentstvo, which will have the authority to manage public debt and assets of the Reserve Fund. State Duma plans to finalize the document by the end of the year.
The new structure, the creation of a Ministry of Finance is seeking three years, should receive in the management of the Reserve Fund and National Welfare Fund.
According to the Budgetary Message of the President of Russia, Rosfinagentstvo should start its operation next year.

Appropriate proposals to strengthen the responsibility of regional and local officials for poor management of the debt load should be ready by the fall. This informs the official website of the President.

The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has called for using advanced technologies of large-panel construction more actively upon realization of the republican construction programs at an extended session of the RT Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities in Naberezhnye Chelny.
The session was dedicated to results of work of the construction sector in the first half of 2012 and prospects of developing industrial housing construction in Tatarstan.

Detailed master plan for constructing new “Innopolis” city near Kazan that was prepared by the Singapore company RSP Architects has been today presented to the Tatarstan leadership.
Director of RSP Architects Liu Thai Ker presented the master plan to the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, members of the republican Government, chiefs of ministries, construction and project organizations.
Opening the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that the project of Innopolis master plan was presented at the end of April this year. For three months the Singapore company RSP Architects, specialists of the republican ministries and project organizations have implemented a large amount of work on detailed elaboration of the master plan. A symbolic flash card was laid in foundation of this new city on June 9.
