Department of Accounting

Main functions:
- to provide technical and practical assistance to the financial authorities, ministries and departments on matters relating to fiscal accounting and reporting of budget, cost estimates: develops draft reports, decisions and activities, letters, and guidance on, aimed at organizing and improving budgetary accounting, introduction of advanced forms and methods of budget accounting, prepare explanations and answers to requests for financial authorities, ministries and departments, state organizations on fiscal accounting and reporting of budgets, cost estimates;
- to organize the preparation of financial statements for retrieving from the financial authorities of municipalities, the Department of the Treasury MF RT periodic and annual reporting on the implementation of budgets, analyzes, reduces. Draw up a report on the implementation of the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, the survey is the letter from the analysis reports;
- to conduct fiscal and tax accounting performance estimates of income and expenditure for the maintenance of the ministry.
