On January 22, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a summing-up meeting of State committee on procurement.
During the period from January 1 to December 31, 2017 State committee on procurement carried out 1,365 central procurements with the total amount of 6.2 billion roubles, 71.5 per cent of agreements concluded with local producers.
Chairman of the State Committee on Procurement of the republic Olga Redko reported that 77 violations in state purchases with the starting price of 50 million roubles have been found. Publishing notification in unified information system, earlier than 10 days since the date when changes have been made in the schedule of purchase, is the most frequent violation (60 cases). As many as 14 cases of posting the documents to hold procurement without specifying identification code were recorded.
According to Chairman of the State committee on procurement, 3.04 billion roubles were saved on state purchases during the reporting year in Tatarstan.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Finance Minister of the Russian Federation Alexey Lavrov and First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, Director of the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Faizrakhmanov.
