A meeting of the Pobeda (Victory) Organizing Committee

On May 8, in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the Pobeda (Victory) Organizing Committee on the preparation and celebration of the 73th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945.

Speaking at the meeting, Minnikhanov said that all the participants of the Great Patriotic War and people equated to them living in Tatarstan will be awarded the medal of the Republic of Tatarstan “For Valorous Labour”.

The meeting also announced the start of the preparatory work for the celebration of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The lecture was also attended by First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, Director of the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Faizrakhmanov.
