Vladimir Putin stressed the importance of innovative ideas in the digital economy

Among the priorities of the programme «Digital economy» to stimulate innovative ideas and the creation of flexible legal regulation, to protect the economic freedoms, property and private life of the Russians, said the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

«This year our country implemented the program «the Digital economy of the Russian Federation». Her goal is to make the economy, public administration, social sector more efficient and more competitive to stimulate demand for innovative ideas and promising research,» said Putin, speaking at the Congress on cyber security.

According to him, among the priorities of the program — «creation of flexible legal regulation».
