A regular board meeting of Tatneft Oil Company

On December 26, in Almetyevsk, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a regular board meeting of Tatneft Oil Company, which discussed the report on investment risk management system and the work on establishing register of investment project risks the process of ranking and monitoring risks and methods are being developed to assess the consolidated risk, taking into account the economic situation in the industry.

The meeting also discussed the implementation of the project on improving the efficiency of wells repair by centralizing the wells repair shops.

The meeting participants also informed on the unified system for management of social projects and programmes of the Tatneft Group.

At the end of the meeting, Minnikhanov thanked the Executive Directorate, the Board and the staff of the Company for their joint efficient work and wished successful implementation of all the planned projects in the coming 2019.
