Ministry of Finance is developing variants of the federal budget

Ministry of Financeis developingvariants ofthe federal budget,considering an oil priceof 60 and 80 US dollars per barrel” - said Deputy Finance MinisterAlexei Lavrov, speaking at a meeting ofthe Russiancommissionfor regulation of social-labor relations.
"We perform a stability check - stress-testing of the federal budget for the abrupt changes in external conditions. Calculated what would happen with state budget incomes at an oil price of 80 or 60 US dollars per barrel”- said A. Lavrov. According to him, such "anti-crisis budget" criteria were not considered in the official forecasts, but formed exclusively for the study of the response in the event of a crisis.
