The State Duma Committee approved in the second reading budget amendments to implementation of the message of the President

The state Duma Committee on budget and taxes recommended that the lower house of Parliament to adopt in the second reading amendments to federal budget for 2020 and the upcoming period 2021-2022.

The second reading of the amendments to budget is expected to be held in the State Duma on March 11 and on the third reading, March 12th.

According to the amendments, budget revenues will rise by 214 billion rubles in 2020, by 646 billion rubles in 2021 and by 755 billion rubles in 2022. Thus, in 2020, budget revenues will amount to 20.6 trillion rubles, in 2021 - 21.9 trillion rubles and in 2022 - 22.8 trillion rubles. Budget expenditures in 2020 will amount to 19.7 trillion rubles, in 2021 - 21.2 trillion rubles and in 2022 - 22.4 trillion rubles. In doing so, budget surplus in 2020 remains at the planned level
