The average price of Urals oil in January-March was $48,18 per barrel

The average price of Russian Urals crude in January-March of 2020 was US $48,18 a barrel. It is said in the Russian Ministry of Finance's press release.
In January-March 2019 the average price was at $63,17 a barrel.

On October 28, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a regular board meeting of Tatneft Oil Company, to sum up the results of the company's budget execution for the 9 month of the current year and to approve budget amounts for October of 2020.
On October 7, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the Security Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. State Counsellor of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev, Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin, members of the Security Council, as well as heads of municipalities of the republic took part in the meeting. Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Sergey Zaitsev took part in the meeting via videoconference.
