Meeting on the development of intergovernmental relations and balance of consolidated regional budgets PFD

Meeting on the development of intergovernmental relations and balance of the consolidated budgets of the Volga Federal District was held today in Kazan ( STRC " Corston "). The event was attended by Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich , Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov , Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov , regional leaders , members of the PFD , representatives of federal ministries . The meeting discussed issues related to the execution of decrees of the President of Russia in May , intergovernmental relations and the balance of consolidated regional budgets as part of the PFD. In addition, affected the measures taken by the executive authorities of PFD Regions sustainability budgets and optimize the debt load as well as the problematic issues for the implementation of regional budgets PFD and the budget for 2014 and the planning period of 2015-2016 .
