Rustam Minnikhanov has arrived in Montevideo (Uruguay)

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has arrived on a working visit in Montevideo (Eastern Republic of Uruguay). International Airport "Carrasco" he was met by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation Alexei Labetsky in Uruguay. Rustam Minnikhanov visit to Uruguay last until July 15th.
