Rustam Minnikhanov: “Kazanorgsintez” is one of leading high-tech enterprises in Russia”

On December 11, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of launching new production lines at Kazanorgsintez plant, a regional producer of ethylene polymers and copolymers.

Welcoming plant’s workers Minnikhanov noted that Kazanorgsintez is nowadays one of the country’s leading high-technology manufacturers with good economy and good results. “We remember the time when a crisis set in and there were clouds unpleasant for us all. I was not sure then everything would get back to normal shortly, but today you are one of the most efficient manufacturers owing to the modernization programme that has been implemented,” he pointed out.

Minnikhanov continued that the Kazanorgsintez products are competitive a good example of the implementation of import substitution programme.

After launching the new complex, Tatarstan President  was presented a programme of the Kazanorgsintez development from 2016 to 2020 in order to increase revenues, profits and minimize dependence on raw material purchases.
