Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in session of Economic Council under Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers

On December 15, issues of financial stability of Tatarstan enterprises were discussed at a session of the Economic Council under Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

Rustam Minnikhanov said that financial results of enterprises influence the amount of budget revenues, which define the implementation of state programmes and projects, fulfillment of May decrees of Russian President and social commitments.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that profit tax is one of the main sources of income of consolidated budget of the republic. To a large extent it is determined by external factors such as drop of oil prices, economic sanctions, tension on the stock markets and change in exchange rates.

Head of Federal state statistics service in Tatarstan Valery Kandilov, who took part in the event, told about current social and economic situation in the republic, and regional Minister of economy Artem Zdunov reported on financial stability of enterprises.
