Ildar Khalikov: “Sozvezdie- Yoldyzlyk” festival is popular in Russia and abroad

On December 18, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov held a session of the Presidential Council for the Regional festival movement  “Sozvezdie- Yoldyzlyk” at the Government House.

Speaking at the event, Ildar Khalikov said that the festival is popular in Russia and foreign countries, and the number of participants increases every year. The Prime Minister added that the contest helps to reveal talents, develop culture and friendship among peoples.

The Minister of Youth Affairs and Sport Vladimir Leonov said that the current anniversary festival is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Victory in WWI and the Year of literature in Russia. He reminded about a special incentive system, state scholarships for winners of the youth festival that has been established in 2006.
