On December 24, at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov hold Tatarstan Investment Council Presidium meeting.
Minnikhanov reminded that the presidium will consider projects that required many forms of infrastructural, legal and other support from authorities.
“Investment projects are nowadays particularly important for further development of regional economy. They allow for creating new production facilities, jobs and taxable base,” Minnikhanov said.
Tatarstan President went on to specify that the council presidium, including 12 members, has to meet at least once a month.
Making a keynote report Chief of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Talia Minullina presented a project of ranking authorities by investors themselves. The project purports to reveal bureaucratic obstacles likely to take place over the course of working on investment projects.
Minnikhanov suggested finalizing the ranking project after its discussion and resulting recommendations and suggestions.
Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture Marat Akhmetov presented a project on constructing a wholesale distribution centre for selling, storing and processing agricultural products, run by Agromir Kazan company.
