Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in presentation of rating “Innovative business in Russian regions” during Gaidar Forum-2016

On January 13, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, rector of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration Vladimir Mau, representatives of regions – members of the Association of innovative regions of Russia took part in the presentation of rating “Innovative business in Russian regions” during Gaidar Forum-2016 in Moscow.  

The rating aims to reveal conditions and results of the development of innovative business in Russian regions. The target audience is federal authorities, executive authorities, representatives of high technology business, potential investors, and developers of technologies.   

Rating “Innovative business in Russian regions” is focused on high technology companies that make considerable contribution to country’s economy, import substitution and ensuring national security.

Tatarstan President and Chairman of the Association of innovative regions of Russia Rustam Minnikhanov noted that serious work on the rating creation was done. The rating will help to reveal leading regions in each category of the rating. He called regions for being actively involved in making up the rating.

Representatives of regions asked questions about principles of the rating creation and conditions of the development of high technology business in regions.

Rustam Minnikhanov thanked everyone for all expressed proposals and noted that the development of the rating will be continued.
