Ildar Khalikov holds regular board meeting of Grid Company

On May 3, at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov held a regular Board meeting of the Grid Company.

The meeting reviewed issues related to improving the reliability of power supply to consumers, the results of production and financial and economic activities, the implementation of the capital construction plan of the company in 2015, pre-approved company's annual report, as well as made decisions related to  holding an annual general shareholders' meeting.

By results of 2015 the financial standing of the company is stable, financial indicators, characterizing its activities are within the standard values.

The capital investments within the framework of the implementation of the company’s capital construction plan in 2015 amounted to more than 7 billion roubles.

Summing up the meeting, Khalikov noted the priority importance of building effective relationships with consumers in terms of grid connection, thanked the company's staff for their work on the successful solution of tasks to ensure reliable and uninterrupted power supply to consumers in the republic.
