Ministry of Finance plans to develop a set of measures to withdraw business from the shadow in 2017

Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation plans to develop a set of measures to take businesses out of the shadows for increasing collection of taxes by the end of the year. This was announced by Deputy Finance Minister Vladimir Kolychev at the meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Finance.

"The way of pulling the economy out of the shadows as a reserve for increasing the collection is a separate big reform. We plan to develop the relevant proposals this year, including through the tax system", - Kolychev had said.

According to him, the volume of the gray wage fund is about 10 trillion rubles.

"We need to look for a combination of economic incentives, including changes in the structure of the tax burden, and various methods of removing the economy from the shadows, using traceability technology of goods", - Kolychev had added.

Deputy Minister reminded that the Ministry of Finance had not planned to increase the tax burden on business, but had intended to concentrate on improving the administration.
