Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov spoke about the preparation of the budget for 2018-2020

Ministry of Finance intends to form the Russian Federation budget for 2018-2020 on the basis of new budget rules. Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov has appealed to Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev and has asked the government to support this initiative.
"We ask you to support the proposals prepared by the Ministry of Finance and to formulate a budget for 2018-2020 on the new rules", - Siluanov has said at the Collegium of the Ministry of Finance.
Siluanov has said that Russian economy without reforms is 1.5 percent growth per year. It is necessary to reduce the dependence of the economy on oil prices.
