The main condition for the growth of the Russian economy is the development of non-primary exports, which must be doubled by 2024-2025. This was announced by the Former Minister of Finance, the head of the Foundation Council of the Center for strategic research (CSR) Alexei Kudrin.
"If we do not double non-raw exports, then we will not have growth rates above two percent. Well, maybe it can be from two to three", - Kudrin has said at the Krasnoyarsk economic forum.
According to him, one of the main reasons for the slow growth of the economy is the low motivation of state-owned companies and their large share in leading industries.
"One of the biggest structural problems is the large presence of the state, because state-owned companies are otherwise motivated, otherwise stimulated by productivity growth", - Kudrin has said.
